Return & Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request support regarding your order.

Since Invitation Reels provides digital products such as video invitations, WhatsApp invites, e-cards, and PDF invitation cards, these items are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

To be eligible for support or corrections, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide your order details or proof of purchase.

To start a return or request support, you can contact us at invitationreels@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hal Road Indiranagar Bangalore.

Because our products are digital and customized, they cannot be physically returned once delivered.

Revisions & Corrections

At Invitation Reels, customer satisfaction is important to us. If the delivered design has any issues or does not match the template/design you selected, we offer one free revision to make the necessary corrections.

  • If you selected a specific template/design, the final invite will be delivered according to that design.

  • Minor corrections such as name, date, time, venue details, or formatting adjustments are included under the one free revision policy.

  • Additional revisions beyond the first free revision may incur extra charges.

Damages and Issues

Please review your invitation after delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The design does not match the selected template

  • There is an error in names, dates, or details

  • The wrong file or incorrect design was delivered

If there is an error on our part, please contact us at invitationreels@gmail.com with your order details so we can evaluate the issue and provide the corrected file at no extra charge.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital invitation videos

  • Digital invitation e-cards

  • PDF invitation cards

  • Customized or personalized invitation designs

Because these products are digital and personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges do not apply to digital products.

If you wish to change to a different design or template after delivery, it will be considered a new order.

Refunds

Since Invitation Reels provides customized digital invitation services, refunds are not provided once the order has been delivered.

Instead, we ensure that you receive the correct product you ordered by offering one free revision to fix any errors related to the selected design.
